Who will I be dealing with?
CingleNET’s competent front-line IT and Engineering personnel are committed to responsiveness, reliability, and quality. You can count on live people on the other end of the support phone or e-mail 24/7/365, talking in layman's terms, and a one-hour guaranteed local response time for IT and Engineering service and support.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. CingleNET contracts involve no hassle and no fine print. CingleNET provides a flexible IT and Engineering Services support structure, with service daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed. There is a flat fee structure with no minimum charges, you only pay for the time we work in 15-minute increments.
